SVG to PNG Converter — Transparent and Sharp at Any Size
Turn SVG logos, icons and illustrations into PNGs that keep their transparent background. Every PNG is drawn fresh from the vector at the size you choose, so it stays crisp — 2×, 4× or 8×, an exact width, app icon and social presets, or a print size at 300 DPI. Convert a whole folder at once, or paste SVG code straight in. Free, no watermark, nothing uploaded.
Leave height empty to keep the proportions.
The DPI is saved in the file, so print and layout apps place it at the right size.
How to convert SVG to PNG
Drop one or many SVG files, or paste SVG code copied from Figma, an icon library or your editor.
Keep it transparent or pick a colour, then scale it up, set an exact width, choose an app icon or social preset, or enter a print size.
Save the PNG — or every file at once as a ZIP. Your settings are remembered for next time.

Frequently asked questions
How do I convert SVG to PNG?
Drop your SVG above (or paste the SVG code). The converter opens with PNG and a transparent background selected — choose a size and click Download. Convert many SVGs at once and download them as a ZIP.
Will my PNG keep a transparent background?
Yes. Transparent is the default for PNG, so anything see-through in your SVG stays see-through. You can also fill the background with white, black or any colour.
How do I convert SVG to PNG without losing quality?
Pick a larger size — 2×, 4× or 8×, an exact width, or a print size. SVG is vector, so it is drawn fresh at that pixel size and stays perfectly sharp, even in Safari.
What size should I export an SVG icon as PNG?
For websites use 2× the size it appears on screen. For app icons use the presets: 1024 × 1024 for the App Store, 512 × 512 for PWAs, 192 × 192 for Android and 180 × 180 for Apple touch icons. “Fit” keeps the whole icon visible; add padding for breathing room.
Can I make a 300 DPI PNG for print?
Yes. Choose Size → Print, enter the width in inches, centimetres or millimetres, and pick 150, 300 or 600 DPI. The DPI is written into the PNG so print and layout apps place it at the right size.
Why does text or an image look different in my PNG?
Browsers don’t load fonts or images that an SVG links to from outside the file. The converter warns you when it spots this — embed images and convert text to outlines in your design app for an exact match.
Can I convert SVG to JPG or WebP too?
Yes. Switch the format to JPG or WebP in the converter, or use the dedicated SVG to JPG converter. WebP keeps transparency with a much smaller file.
Is my SVG uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion happens entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device, and there’s no watermark or signup.
